By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. The contract is concluded when the order button is pressed to accept the offer of the goods in the basket. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded in advance as follows:
- If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded as soon as you confirm the payment order to PayPal.

The following payment methods are available in our store:
Prepayment
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receiving the payment.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. In principle, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment instructions with us (exception, if applicable, guest access). You will get more information while placing the order.
If you choose the payment method PayPal / PayPal Express an additional 0 percent of the purchase price will be charged as costs.
Instant Bank Transfer "Sofort"
We also offer direct transfer. We hereby receive the credit transfer immediately. This speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is an account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via the secure payment form of Sofort AG, which is not available to retailers, the direct money transfer automatically and in real time transfers the money from your online bank account. The purchase amount is immediately and directly transferred to the seller's bank account. If you choose the method of payment by direct transfer, after completing the ordering process, a pre-filled form will open. This already includes our bank account number. Additionally, the transfer amount and purpose are already visible in the form. Now you need to select the country where you have an online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the account number and PIN. Confirm the order by entering your TAN. In principle, every internet user can use direct transfer as a payment method, if he has an activated internet banking account with a PIN / TAN procedure. Please note that direct transfer is not yet available from some banks. If you choose the direct transfer payment method an additional 0 percent of the purchase price will be added as costs.
5. Packing station
We do not deliver to packing stations.
6. Transport damage
If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the supplier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us in pursuing our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

Clarification of rust on cast iron gratings
The binding standard regarding corrosion protection is a surface protection, which guarantees the protection of cast iron - especially in the pre-wear period. This is mainly due to the fact that these methods protect against corrosion, but do not provide adequate resistance to abrasion or UV radiation. The PN-EN1344 standard, which assesses the product through a declaration of conformity, does not specify the paint layer on cast iron grates. Therefore, the vast majority of manufacturers do not paint cast iron
